Coláiste Chiaráin provided an interesting challenge – build a brand new kitchen and dining area while the school was operating.
This meant most of our work took place during the evening when the students had gone home.
Our first priority was to build an area where we could safely store equipment and materials out of the way of students. This safe area later became the kitchen. Re purposing this safe area meant we were able to save time and money on material costs.
Staff and students were very understanding over the course of the construction which made our job a lot easier. Thanks a million Coláiste Chiaráin!
