Our brief was to provide catering facilities in a school that had very limited space. We find this is a common problem in schools across the country.
We had to come up with a couple of innovative solutions. All food is prepared off site and then delivered by us to the school. At break times staff erect a demountable service counter. Food is served to the students and at the end of break the counter is taken away and stored.
A simple solution that means staff and students can enjoy tasty, fresh food without leaving the school.
